Nothing whatsoever. Horrible place to work.
Cons
Dont work here unless you love being overworked and undervalued. The managers pick their favorites and love to play sides in the drama that ensues within the work place. The customers and staff are bullies and in my 7 years in the restaurant industry, this is the only job that has left me in tears on multiple occasions. I'll never go back to the industry after working here.
